Cancellation Policy

At Nutfique, we understand that sometimes plans change. Please read our cancellation guidelines carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Cancellation Window

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been dispatched.

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.


2. How to Cancel an Order

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately:

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Registered mobile number
  • Reason for cancellation

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If the cancellation request is approved:

  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refund is applicable if the order is cancelled after dispatch.

4. Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders cannot be cancelled if:

  • The order has already been shipped.
  • The product is out for delivery.
  • Incorrect shipping information was provided by the customer.

5. Nutfique’s Right to Cancel

Nutfique reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Pricing errors
  • Stock unavailability
  • Suspected fraudulent transactions
  • Incomplete payment

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
