At Nutfique, we understand that sometimes plans change. Please read our cancellation guidelines carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation Window

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been dispatched.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
2. How to Cancel an Order

- Order number
- Registered mobile number
- Reason for cancellation
3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If the cancellation request is approved:
- Refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refund is applicable if the order is cancelled after dispatch.
4. Non-Cancellable Orders
Orders cannot be cancelled if:
- The order has already been shipped.
- The product is out for delivery.
- Incorrect shipping information was provided by the customer.
5. Nutfique’s Right to Cancel
Nutfique reserves the right to cancel orders due to:
- Pricing errors
- Stock unavailability
- Suspected fraudulent transactions
- Incomplete payment
In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
