Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Nutfique, we take pride in delivering premium-quality dry fruits. Due to the consumable nature of our products, we maintain strict quality and safety standards.

Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been dispatched.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • To request cancellation, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email.

If eligible, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.


2. Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of food products, we generally do not offer refunds once the product is delivered.

However, refunds or replacements will be considered only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Product missing from order

3. Reporting an Issue

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Clear photos and an unboxing video must be shared as proof.
  • The product must be unused and in original packaging.

Failure to provide proof may result in rejection of the claim.


4. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be transferred via bank transfer or UPI.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.


5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Delivery delays caused by courier partners
  • Minor packaging variations
